The Mount Vernon Grand

There is a block of rooms reserved for both July 31 and August 1 at The Mount Vernon Grand Hotel for wedding guests. ​ Guest discounted room rates are: "Run of the House room" - $159/night "King Suite room" - $189/night ​ **Check in time 3:00pm - Check out time 11:00am** ​ In order to receive the wedding room discount rates, guests must book their room no later than June 30, 2020.  Any guests in need of alternative stay options please contact the bride or groom for further recommendations.

Shuttle

Shuttle to transportation

August 1, 2020 3:45 pm - 11:00 pm

A shuttle company has been hired to transport guests from the hotel to the wedding venue and back. There will be only 1 shuttle trip from the hotel to the venue at 3:45pm. We ask that guests are in the lobby and ready for the shuttle transportation by 3:40pm to allow the service to stay on time for the ceremony. The shuttle will transport guests back to the hotel from the venue beginning at 9:00PM. The shuttle will make continuous trips back and forth from 9:00PM to 11:00PM. We do ask that if you plan to consume alcohol at our wedding that you seriously consider booking a hotel room and using our complimentary shuttle service, or be sure to have a designated driver. Better safe than sorry!
