When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

RSVP's will be open after formal invitations are sent on June 1st. *Please RSVP no later than June 30th by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you don't miss anything. This will allow time to park, enter the hotel and find your seat outside next to the most beautiful beach!! *If you arrive after the ceremony begins, you will be asked to wait inside until someone can seat you.

Parking & Transportation

Answer

Valet option only and mention you are visiting for the Sanford wedding! Parking for the evening or overnight is $25.00. *Feel free to Uber to the hotel or take the trolly to the nearest stop*

Can I bring a guest/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited avalibility, we are only able to accommodate those guests who have formally been invited to on the wedding invite. When you RSVP, you will search for your name, and all guests in your party who are invited will appear. Thank you for understanding!!

Is the wedding Indoor or Outside?

Answer

Our 30 minute ceremony will take place outside on the beach where the sand is extremely easy to walk through and you will have no issue "feeling sandy" post ceremony. Cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors, where you will also be able to watch the sunset from the 6th-floor balcony!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends & family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best costal formal or cocktail attire!! Be sure to check out the dress code page for more ideas & information! We invite out guests to add a touch of pink into their outfits to match out wedding party! Men: Dress pants with formal shirt/pants and please no shorts. (Jacket and/or tie optional) Women: Bright colored long cocktail or formal dresses/pantsuits with your best dancing shoes.

Are kids welcome?

Children are welcome to attend!! Just a heads up that our reception will be more of a late-night party celebration, and we want you to have the best time celebrating with us! So, feel free to bring your kiddos along or make it a parents-only weekend away if that works best for you!!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

YES OF COURSE!!!!! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you... Get ready for the BEST Doherty/Sanford party you could ever imagine!!! Reception time 8:00-MIDNIGHT

Can I post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

YES, YES, YES!!!!! We would love for you to post all photos tagging both Cortnie & Bailey, along with the JW Marriott in Clearwater! Please use the hashtag #OurSanfordWedding to join in on all the fun!

What to do if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss your dearly!! If you are unable to attend our celebration, please let us know ASAP, and please mark "Not Attending" under the RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!!
