Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 25th, 2024. This allows us to give a final head count to our coordinator and vendors to make our day special. We look forward to seeing you, thank you.

Question

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

We will try our best to send out reminders to RSVP. Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP in time we will not be able to accommodate you at our wedding. The RSVP will close on April 25th, 2024, at this time we would have already given the final headcount to our coordinator and vendors to make our day special.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar. We will have bartending services who will be checking IDs as we will only be serving to guests 21+. Please if you plan to drink, if possible, try to carpool with other guests who are not drinking, or Uber. We have listed some hotels in the area close to the venue. We want to enjoy our day with our guest and make sure you return to your home/hotel safely. Please do not drink if you’re driving.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00 p.m. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes early, this will allow you to sign the guestbook and find your seat. If you arrive late (after 5:00 p.m.) you will not be able to enter in, you will have to wait until the ceremony is finished to enter into the venue. We want to keep our special day running smoothly. Thank you.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal, this allows our guests to be comfortable in the spring time weather. We kindly ask NO white or cream colored dresses, no t-shirts, no jeans, no sneakers, and no baseball caps. We want all of our guests to look their best for the photographer. This goes for your little ones as well. Thank you.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited seating we will not accept plus ones who are not invited. Please do not show up with your plus one if they are not on our guest list, they will not have their own seat. We encourage our guest to ask before RSVP is closed if you can bring a plus one.

Question

Is this an adult-only wedding?

Answer

Largely, yes. Due to restrictions at the venue, we can only accommodate a few children. Unless they are personally invited from the bride and groom, kids are not welcomed.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have posted hotel information in the travel section of our website. Hotel recommendations include address, telephone number, and website to book your stay.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is parking. Joe, our venue coordinator, assigns the parking. We have reserved handicap parking closest to the venue door. All other parking will be assigned by Joe, he has a golf cart on venue site to drive the guest to the venue door if they wish. There is gravel where the parking is, we highly recommend to allow Joe to bring you closer to the venue door.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately, there will be no transportation. We recommend our guest to carpool if possible or Uber. Especially if you are going to be drinking.

Question

Is the ceremony/reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We will have both ceremony and reception held at the same venue. The reception is indoors, and the ceremony is outdoors.
