What about COVID-19?

Answer

We have waited so long to celebrate with all of you! Please consider vaccination, testing or other precautions leading up to the big day. Hand sanitizing stations will be present throughout the venue. If you have symptoms of illness and need to cancel your RSVP last minute please let us know and we will celebrate with you another time!

What is the attire?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal attire. Ladies, this can mean a formal cocktail-length or longer dress or similar outfit. Men, we’d love to see you in suits. Weather permitting our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside in the grass, please select your footwear accordingly. White and similar colors are reserved for the bride.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

Question

Is there a shuttle to the venue? Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need on the shuttles. If you are planning to utilize the shuttles, they will pick up and drop off at the hotels on the room block list for all. Please RSVP that you plan to use the shuttles when you RSVP so we can have an accurate count. Parking is available at the venue. If you have as much fun as we’re planning on having and need to leave your car overnight, please feel free to take the shuttle back to your hotel and pick up your car before 9 AM the next morning!

I have a food restriction/allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We will be having a variety of food stations with many options for all preferences. If you have a significant concern that we should be aware of please email us at whitlockwedding2021@gmail.com so we can coordinate a dish that fits your needs.

Leading up to the wedding day, please feel free to email us at whitlockwedding2021@gmail.com or text/call Chad or Katelyn! On the weekend of the wedding should you need assistance please contact other members of the bridal party so the bride and groom can be as relaxed as possible!
