Yes! Please note that we will be requiring proof of vaccine OR negative test result from no more than 48 hours prior. We have made this decision to ensure that we protect our at-risk guests as well as allow us to be able to properly celebrate as safely as possible!
You can show either the physical vaccination card OR a clear picture of it. If you are bringing a negative test result, you can show an email or picture of the result as long as the date is shown on it as well.
We encourage all our guests to do what makes them feel most comfortable in regards to wearing a mask, but are not requiring it at this time. We will also continue to monitor the NY State guidelines on this matter.
There will be busses going to/from the venue ONLY for those staying at Villa Roma, so please let us know in your RSVP if you will be staying there so we make sure to account for enough space. If you are not staying at Villa Roma, transportation will not be provided.
