Shore Stay Suites has blocked off 15 rooms for Thursday, Friday and Saturday night, May 18-21, 2023. Regular Rates for that weekend is $397 per room for 3 nights +tax for downstairs and $337 per room for upstairs. We are extending a special rate of $349 per room for 3 nights +tax for downstairs and $299 for upstairs for your guests. Please carefully review the policies below: • All guests MUST call us at 757-331-4090 to reserve their room and take advantage of the special rate. (Online sources will reflect regular rates and limited availability for May 18-21, 2023. We will be unable to extend the special rate to guests who book online or through 3rd party vendors.) • All reservations for your event require a 2-night stay to be reserved at discounted rate. One-night reservations will be at regular rate. • All blocked rooms not reserved at close of business on Monday, April 3, 2023 will be released and become available to the general public at regular rates. • Reservations are not transferable. If a guest must cancel their reservation, we will not transfer that reservation into another guest name. • We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. There is no charge for cancellations prior to 6pm Tuesday May 16, 2023. All cancellations received after 6pm Tuesday May 16, 2023 will be charged for a one-night stay at the regular rate.
