FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than April 15, 2023, but as soon as possible is preferred.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to arrive no later than noon, that'll give you enough time to park, hop on the shuttle, and walk to the ceremony site by 12:30.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a beach wedding, so dress is classy and casual. Sundresses, khaki shorts, button-down shirts, linen pants and floppy hats are the order of the day. Keep in mind that the ceremony site is a 1/4 mile walk over rough dunes.

Question

Will we get to go to the beach?

Answer

Yes! After the reception, we will head to the beach to relax on the sand, swim in the Chesapeake Bay and watch the sunset, weather permitting. Bring your swimsuit, towel and other beach-wear to change into, so you don't get your fancy clothes all wet!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Just let us know if your kids are joining us so that we can get an accurate count for food.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is available but limited, carpool if you can from the hotels. Follow the signs to the drop-off area, and then to the parking area.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Please carpool from the hotel to the designated parking area, we will have a shuttle available to bring you from the car to the venue.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Clear it with us first, please! We want an intimate atmosphere, so the guest list is limited.
