The Celebration Itinerary

NaPali Coast Catamaran

7:00 am - 1:00 pm

Dress Code: Casual, Swim attire (note: no shoes allowed to be worn on boat)

We have booked a catamaran to snorkel and sail our away along the Na Pali coast line for anyone who is in town Tuesday morning. Expect 5.5 hours of sailing the Pacific ocean with snorkeling, swimming, boozing and beautiful views of the Na Pali coast. Breakfast, Lunch and open bar included. Luau Welcome Dinner

5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Dress Code: Hawaiian prints highly encouraged!!

Luau Welcome Dinner and Drinks hosted by mother of the bride, Elizabeth and Jay Phillips The blowing of the conch shell begins the evening as the soothing sounds of a contemporary Hawaiian trio fill the air. The royal spread includes cuisine from the melting pot of cultures making up Hawaii: https://grandhyattkauailuau.com/luau-buffet-menu/. After dinner prepare to be enchanted by the historic yet exotic dances of Hawaii.

The Wedding Celebration

3:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Dress Code: Dressy Resort Wear for women, Dress Shirt/Dress Pants for men (no tie or jacket required)

Celebrate the newly weds at the oceanside ceremony, followed by ukulele serenaded cocktail hour, seated dinner and reception party, along-side the pacific ocean at sunset. Transportation to and from wedding celebration will be provided from the Grand Hyatt Resort. Pick-up for all guests is at 3:45pm, meet in the hotel lobby at 3:30pm *Ladies, heads up, the wedding festivities will be in grass, so wear appropriate shoes. **Masks are required for checking into venue and using restroom indoors. The rest of the festivities will be outdoors.

Pool Party

If your schedules allow, please come join us Friday afternoon at the Grand Hyatt pool for the official wedding after-party. We have rented a cabana for both shade and sun.
