We have reserved a limited amount of rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn at a discounted price. Hotel rooms must be booked by September 1, 2026. It is helpful for us and other guests if hotel rooms are booked sooner rather than later so we can attempt to reserve more rooms if necessary (pending the hotel's availability). The block will automatically populate for two nights (10/23-10/25), please be sure to edit the stay if you only need it for the night of our wedding (10/24-10/25). Please be sure to mention the "Sech/Cashman Wedding" when making your reservation to ensure you receive the discounted rate! This is also where the shuttles will be picking guests up (please see below for more details) to bring them to Westwynd Gardens. In addition, our after party is in the lobby and patio area of this hotel. Please feel free to stay in your wedding guest attire or change into something more comfortable. The bar will be open till 12:30 AM. Please note that guests will be responsible for their own tabs at the after party should they choose to attend. We truly hope you will be there to continue the festivities with us!

Springhill Suites is 700 feet from the Hilton Garden Inn (see above) and is approximately a three minute walk. Please keep this minimal "travel time" in mind as shuttles will be arriving and departing from the Hilton Garden Inn. Shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn to the Ceremony

Two shuttles will arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:30 PM and will promptly leave at 3:50 PM. This will ensure guests arrive promptly to Westwynd Gardens for our ceremony.

Our reception ends with a send-off at 10 PM followed by an after party at the Hilton Garden Inn. There will be one shuttle leaving Westwynd Gardens at 9:15 PM if any guests would like to head back to the hotel early. There will also be a shuttle at 10 PM and at 10:15 PM to bring guests back to the Hilton Garden Inn. If necessary, one shuttle will come back to the venue at 11 PM to ensure no guest is left behind!
