When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:00 PM as the ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM. If you are coming from the hotel to the venue, there will be two shuttles departing promptly at 3:50 PM to ensure your timely arrival.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is black tie-optional. Women should wear floor-length dresses or gowns. Dressy jumpsuits are also appropriate. The bridal party will be wearing brown. In addition, please no ivory, white, cream, or similar light colors. Men should wear a tuxedo or a dark colored suit with a tie. No jeans or athletic wear as this is a formal event.

Will there be a hotel block?

Yes, we have reserved rooms at the Hilton Garden Inn Exton/West Chester. Please refer to the "Travel" portion of our wedding website.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttles to and from the hotel/venue for guests staying at Hilton Garden Inn Exton/West Chester. There will be two shuttles leaving the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:50 PM sharp. This will ensure guests arrive for our 4:30 PM ceremony. Our reception ends with a send-off at 10 PM followed by an after party at the Hilton Garden Inn. There will be one shuttle leaving Westwynd Gardens at 9:15 PM if any guests would like to head back to the hotel early. There will also be a shuttle at 10 PM and at 10:15 PM to bring guests back to the Hilton Garden Inn. If necessary, one shuttle will come back to the venue at 11 PM to ensure no guest is left behind!

Are children invited?

Although we love your little ones, our wedding is adults only, with the exception of our flower girls and ring bearers.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. We are asking all phones and other devices be put away and on silent/turned off during our ceremony so all guests can be 100% present with us during this special time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos as you would like, and we promise to share our ceremony photos as soon as possible!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain won't dampen our wedding day! Our ceremony will take place in Westwynd Gardens' climate-controlled greenhouse, ensuring a beautiful setting no matter the weather. While our cocktail hour is planned for the outdoors, we have a seamless backup plan: if rain arrives, we'll move the celebration to the venue's charming indoor lobby. Our reception will continue as planned in the indoor reception space, guaranteeing a wonderful celebration from start to finish. We cannot wait to celebrate with you all!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is ample parking available on-site. All cars must be removed by 8 AM the following morning.
