To keep our celebration intimate, attendance is limited to those personally listed on the invitation. We’re unable to accommodate guest substitutions or additional attendees. We truly appreciate your understanding.
We recommend arriving in Florence or Rome by Friday to get settled and enjoy a relaxing start to the weekend. The wedding weekend begins on Saturday with our Welcome Party, followed by the wedding celebration on Sunday and a farewell send-off on Monday.
We recommend staying near the following hotels, where shuttle transportation is starting to be arranged: Hotel San Biagio Nuova Etruria Resort Palazzo Falcinelli Most guests will be staying at Hotel San Biagio, though any accommodations in this area are convenient. Shuttle pickup will also be available from Montepulciano, Monticchiello, and Pienza.
September in Tuscany brings golden light, warm days, and cooler evenings. Breathable fabrics and light layers will keep you comfortable throughout the celebration.
Welcome Party (Saturday) Italian summer chic sets the tone for the evening. Flowing dresses are perfect for ladies, while gentlemen may wear lightweight button-down or dress shirts with tailored trousers and loafers. Wedding Day (Sunday) A formal celebration under the Tuscan sky. Floor-length dresses are encouraged, with elegant styles in breathable fabrics. Pair with comfortable heels or wedges suitable for the estate’s walkways. Gentlemen are requested to wear a classic suit.
