How do we RSVP?

Answer

We prefer guests RSVP directly on the website, but you can text 336-306-3568 with your name and who will be or not be attending.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be a mix of business casual/semi-formal, but wear whatever you feel your best in! We can't wait to see everyone!

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

If you received a plus 1 on the wedding invitation, they will appear when you RSVP. If you did not receive a plus 1 on the wedding invitation, then we kindly ask you not to bring one. Please text the bride or groom for any questions!

Are kids welcome to come to the wedding?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate the children who are named on the invitation. We hope this advance notice allows you to plan accordingly and still celebrate with us! For the invited kids, if they start to get fussy during the ceremony, we kindly ask you to step out to be respectful of the bride and groom. We will not hesitate to stop our ceremony and address it if need be! Any questions, please text the bride or groom!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 4 pm to find parking and your seat. There is plenty of parking on site. The ceremony is set to begin at 4:30 pm. The main road entrance closes at 4:15 pm and the venue staff will direct late cars a different route to the parking lot. At 4:30 pm, all roads will be closed to the venue until the ceremony is over.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending." We have to provide our final guest count to our vendors within the timeframe they have given us. Thank you for understanding!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a selection of wines, beers, and signature cocktails to choose from.

Is the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are all located at the same venue.

Will the event be indoor/outdoor, or both?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting). Cocktail hour is primarily outdoors with a covered outdoor area. The reception is located indoors. The weather in Wilmington can be labile, we encourage guests to keep track of the weather to get an idea of what it may be!
