When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
The deadline to RSVP is by March 1st, 2026. If you do not RSVP by then (online, mail or text), then unfortunately you will not be able to attend due to vendor requirements. If you RSVP and can no longer make it, please notify us as soon as possible, thanks!

Do I need to RSVP for Welcome party?
Answer
Please RSVP for the welcome party if you plan on coming, as we will want to have enough food & drinks for everyone who can make it! It will take place 7-9 p.m the evening before the wedding.

What should I wear?
Answer
The attire is semi-formal (Linens, suits, midi/maxi dresses etc.) . Weather in Ocracoke is around the 70s in April & it will be an outdoor ceremony if weather permits.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Please get to the location by 3:30 p.m to give ample time to find seating & get comfortable! If driving, please park in the ferry terminal parking lot (a few minutes walk away) as there is no parking available at the wedding venue.

How do I get to Ocracoke?
Answer
Please visit the Travel page for detailed information on how to get to Ocracoke. You're welcome to stay on the island for as long as you'd like—we'll be there all week leading up to the wedding, and we’d love for you to join us! Ocracoke offers a variety of fun activities like deep sea fishing, beach days, and more. Since it's a small island with limited lodging, we highly recommend making your travel and accommodation arrangements as early as possible. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in this beautiful place!

What if I do not have a car in NC?
Answer
If you do not have a car in NC, we will have a shuttle at the RDU airport from 11:30-12 p.m Friday, April 17. Please note it is ~5 hr commute from Raleigh (2.5 hr to Swan Quarter then the 2.5 hr ferry to Ocracoke). The last ferry leaves at 4:30 pm from Swan Quarter to Ocracoke. If you plan on getting there before Friday, please message Allison or Aidan and we can try to set up carpool rides, or feel free to rent a car if you want to explore NC! The island is small, so you won't need a car on the island.

Where should I stay?
Answer
Refer to the Travel page for hotel information. Please note that you will need to either stay in Ocracoke or Hatteras on the 18th, as the only ferry past 1:30 p.m is to Hatteras and the last ferry there is at midnight.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to limited capacity at the venue, we’re only able to accommodate a certain number of guests. If your invitation includes a plus-one, they’re more than welcome to join. Thank you so much for understanding!

What if I have dietary restrictions?

If you RSVP to the wedding and have dietary restrictions, please let Allison or Aidan know ASAP. We want to ensure everyone has a great time & a full stomach!

Should I bring drinks?
Answer
There will be an open bar at the wedding & welcome party, but feel free to bring any drinks you would like as well.

Can I bring a boat?
Answer
We actually have a marina at the venue so if you would like to boat over or even stay in a boat, you are welcome to dock it in front of the manor. Let us know as spaces are limited!
