Should I rent a car?

Answer

When deciding on renting a car, be sure to inquire with your hotel about nightly parking rates to be sure you'd like to rent a car. If you're staying near the French Quarter, there is a lot to see and do by foot! Because nightly parking can range from $30-$50, unless you're carpooling with friends or family, we suggest taking Uber, Lyft or Public Transportation during your stay.

Do I wear the mask to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Bring your mask with you and put it on after the ceremony, before entering the mansion for the reception.

What are the seating arrangements at the reception?

Answer

Our reception will be a traditional New Orleans-style cocktail party, with heavy hors d'oeuvres and food stations available throughout the evening rather than a seated dinner. The venue serves over 80 delectable, hand-passed hors d'oeuvres continuously throughout the night.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, with seating on a grassy surface (ladies take note!). The reception will be indoors.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

While we'd love to provide an exact temperature, the climate varies day-to-day in The Big Easy and should be monitored up to days before the event. Plan for cold weather, but let's hope for the best!
