What are your COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

Our hope is the vaccine will be available to the general population and everyone who is able to get a vaccine is able to! For those of you who are unable to travel, we will be livestreaming the ceremony. Here are some details about the wedding to help you make the decision that is safest for you and your family. Ceremony will be outside. Reception is in a covered, but open pavilion. Here is a link to the venue: https://www.denvergov.org/Government/Departments/Parks-Recreation/Rentals-Permits/Event-Facilities/City-Park-Pavillion We will be serving food buffet style and seating is family style at long tables. We will provide hand wipes prior to dinner and hand sanitizer on hand. We anticipate a total wedding size about 110 people. There will be a mix of vaccinated and unvaccinated people at our wedding. We encourage you to make a decision that makes you feel safe and comfortable. We will not enforce masks, but please wear one if that will make you feel comfortable.

Can I bring my kiddos?

Answer

We would love your kiddos at the wedding- just let know us know if they are coming. There are highchairs available at our venue. If you are an out-of-town guest and want a kids free evening, we can provide a babysitter. The babysitter will watch all kids at an airbnb about 20 minutes from the venue.

Is anyone changing their name?

Answer

Ashley is going to keep her legal name as Ashley Cordero. However, you may refer to the couple as Mr. and Mrs. C!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00, please arrive by at least 4:30 to account for parking and finding your seat.

City Park is BIG! Where should I park?

Answer

There is a parking lot adjacent to the venue. To access the parking lot, enter on 22nd Street in between the Zoo and Natural History Museum. You will know you are at the right parking lot because you will see a huge marigold building and a lake!
