Ashley and Joey couldn't have met anywhere other than a defense attorney's party. The setting was rather cinematic: a mansion office, a pool, a perfect Colorado summer night. That beautiful night filled up with laughs and heartfelt conversation, and the months following filled up with the same. Their love blossomed under the guidance of ramen dates, late-night walks, and numerous hunts for vegan ice cream. Ashley and Joey came together with open hearts, and that honesty meant they both felt seen, comforted, supported, and most importantly, at home.
