Montrose (MTJ) airport is the closest airport to our venue. Grand Junction (GJT) airport is about a 90 min drive. Southwest, United and American Airlines fly into Montrose in October.

We will have a school bus shuttle to take people from the hotel to the venue and back at the end of the evening. Please RSVP if you would like to take the shuttle so we can ensure enough seats! Please also note that ride share services (Uber & Lyft) are limited in this area and are not always reliable. If you wish to drive to the venue and want to ride the bus back to the hotel, please plan on picking your car up from the venue no later than 10 am on Sunday morning.

The shuttle will pick up from this location at 3:45 pm and drop off after the reception at 11:00 pm. Please make sure to book your hotel room early and rsvp for the shuttle if needed. To book your reservations please call the local Front Desk at 970-240-1800, let the agent know you are calling to make a reservation through the Campbell/Severs Wedding. You are able to book the hotel rooms through the above online booking link This block starts on October 15, 2025 and ends October 20, 2025. Your reservations will need to be guaranteed with a credit card, and must be made by September 15, 2025 to receive the group rate. If reservations are not made by this date the discounted rate is no longer valid. When booking directly through the hotel you do get the option to cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do not cancel your reservation and you do not check into your room, the card on file will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax.  Check in time is at 4 PM, if you need to check in before 4pm you are able to book the night before as we are not always able to accommodate early arrivals.
