Is the wedding venue within walking distance of the hotel?

Answer

For guests that have opted to stay at the Hyatt Place downtown, the wedding venue is about 1 mile away. It is within walking distance however, shuttle service will be provided via Groome Transportation.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be a bar. We have been informed however, that we cannot hold a cash bar therefore, the bar will be open. Cash tips will be accepted only.

Are there other events planned during the wedding weekend for out of town guests?

Answer

A brunch will be scheduled for Sunday, August 8th. Stay tuned for more information.

Why is this an adult only affair?

Answer

Given the nature of the bar being open (free), we have reserved our event to adults only. ***Any children on-site will be escorted from the venue after dinner service. ****
