You do not need to create a Zoom account to attend this virtual celebration. If you are new to Zoom, please head to go to the website https://www.zoom.us/join and enter in the following information: -Meeting ID as listed in the Virtual Invitation Email -Password as provided in the Virtual Invitation Email -Enter your full name. Please do not use any nicknames as only names on the guest list will be able to allowed in -Click the "Join" button
-Once you have logged in, click on “Participants” in the bottom tool bar -The name that Zoom has listed for you is the first name in the list -To edit, use your mouse cursor to hover over the name -Click on “More” -Click on “Rename” -Type in your first and last name. Please be sure to use your full first and last name.

A short tutorial will be provided about how to use some of the features of Zoom.
-Be somewhere with strong WiFi or cellular data connection (depending on your home set up, one may be stronger than the other) -Look into the camera when talking (instead of looking at yourself) -Position yourself so that most of the light is coming from in front of you (instead of behind you) -Place your device on a stable surface (table, tripod, etc.) so the rest of us don’t get dizzy!
Please note that everyone will automatically be muted when they log in. Please do not unmute yourself unless asked to so that we can reduce the amount of background noise and make this an enjoyable event for everyone.
Even though it is virtual, this is still a wedding! We would appreciate it if guests would dress close to how they would dress for a typical in person wedding. With that said, please dress comfortably, and feel no obligation to buy anything new.
There will be no RSVP required, just remember to mark the date on your calendars and log in to the meeting when it is time. Meeting information was sent to all invited guests via email. Please do not share the meeting and log in information with anyone. If someone is asking you for it or you want to send it to someone, please contact the Groom or Bride first.
