Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to the space and number of guests, we are kindly asking that only immediate family members and wedding party members bring children. We apologize for the inconvenience but trust that our guests understand.

How should I dress?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside (weather permitting), so please dress accordingly. The reception is indoors. *For those in heels, there is a small gravel lot to cross upon entry and grass to get to your ceremony seat. All other areas are paved.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

We have a shuttle service at the Tru by Hilton Greensboro for those that prefer not to drive. It will run from 3pm-10:15pm (Ceremony at 4, please be seated by 3:45pm). For those wanting to drive, parking is available on site.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we have a room block for the Tru by Hilton Greensboro under "Coppage-Corbett Wedding". This will be the location of the shuttle transport. There are also other hotels in nearby Madison that you can choose, as well as AirB&B/Vrbo options near Lake Oconee.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Atlanta (ATL) is your best bet for options and is roughly 1.5 hours West from the venue/hotels in Greensboro, GA. For those who do not mind an ATL layover and wish to avoid Atlanta traffic at all costs, Augusta (AGS) is served by Delta Air Lines and American Airlines. and is just over an 1 hour drive East of Greensboro, GA via I-20. REMINDER: THIS IS A MAJOR COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEKEND!!! AIR FARES ARE LIKELY TO BE REPRESENTATIVE OF DEMAND.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 1. Please keep in mind that because of high demand, guests should be prepared to book hotel accommodations far in advance of formal invitations.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Unfortunately our venue cannot accommodate special food requests.
