On the eve of battle in Eastern Europe, in a manner befitting much of modern society, Tim and Casey came together to meet in Smyrna, Georgia at Reformation Brewery. In that setting our protagonists came together and, initially, awkwardly exchanged pleasantries. Putting their best foot forward each so as not to worry the other. Explaining who they were and what they were about, as they enjoyed a beer in each other's company. That is until they took a walk and Tim wisely and confidently announced to Casey that he had a collection of coins that were looking for a new admirer. Unhesitatingly but with some trepidation, Casey knew this man was a different one. Tim, feeling similarly and before parting ways, took Casey's phone number. It did not take long before the two grew to greatly admire each other and their company.

On the third day of our trip to Scotland, in the ancient industrial city of Glasgow we were finally becoming accustomed to the time change and enjoying our first international trip together. We had just returned from a leisure and pleasurable walk around the town, had a brief stroll through the parks; taking in the architecture and admiring much of the sites. Arriving back at our hotel, The Acorn, in a bit of surprise Tim retrieved an elegant blue box from his bag while Casey began to relax after much travels. In what should only be described as emotionally and spiritually uplifting moment for both of them, Tim lovingly proposed to Casey. And with no doubt about either of their intentions, Casey warmly and lovingly accepted and agreed.
