When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Although the RSVP cards mailed out requested an RSVP by May 4th, we understand the current situation makes planning more challenging. We are now requesting an RSVP by Saturday, May 30th, if possible. If you would like to stay at one of the hotels listed on our Travel page, please note that reservations need to be made by June 2nd to reserve a room in our hotel block.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We would like guests to arrive around 10AM to enjoy the welcome ceremony.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please dress in something casual that is comfortable for you! This is an all day event on an old ranch. We will also have a variety of yard games to play so make sure you are comfortable for a day of fun outside!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of onsite parking if you do plan to drive yourself.

If you have a food allergy, please let Amanda or Matt know when you RSVP and we will do our best to work around it.
