Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for recommendations. There are many Airbnb or Vrbo options in the valley, if that meets your need more.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. We suggest cocktail dresses for women and suits (tie optional) for men. Please join the fun and wear shades of green or winery reds. It doesn’t matter how much or how little the pictures will look great! You can never be overdressed or overeducated. ~Oscar Wilde A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous ~Coco Chanel The weather can be cool in the evening so a light jacket or sweater is recommended.

Question

Wedding Location & Timeline

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place at the Ponzi Winery - located in the Willamette Valley in Sherwood Oregon. All wedding festivities, including the ceremony and reception, will be held at this location. Guests are asked to arrive and be seated by 4 PM. The ceremony will take place outside at the Pond at 4:30PM on Saturday, August 15, 2026. Navigating to an unfamiliar location can be tricky in the wine country. Please leave plenty of time to arrive, park and be seated 30 min prior to the start of the ceremony. There will be self-parking areas. Cocktail Hour will begin immediately following the ceremony on the upper lawn and terrace. Hors d’oeuvres and drinks can be enjoyed before the reception begins at 6:30 PM in the front lawn.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30 sharp. Please arrive by 4:00 to enjoy a refreshing welcome beverage before the ceremony and get settled. It will be a short ceremony and you don’t want to miss a thing! Guests arriving after 4:30 will be asked to wait until the wedding party has been seated and the aisles are clear. Hosted Cocktail Reception to immediately follow ceremony.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking available at the tasting room parking lot.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents, a night of relaxation and uninhibited revelry, we have decided to make this an adult only event

Question

How should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP via our RSVP page on our website or with your rsvp cards in the invitation on or before July 8, 2026 to ensure we have a headcount for the catering and ceremony seating. Anyone who does not RSVP before this date, we are sorry, but we will not be able to accommodate you due to catering costs and seating.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are unable to accommodate additional guests due to venue capacity and budget. Thank you for your understanding. After receiving your invite or Save the Date, please visit our RSVP page. Those who have an "Optional Guest" listed can RSVP "yes" for themselves and their guest. Please remember to provide their full name for planning purposes.

Question

What Should I Do If I Cannot Attend?

Answer

If for some unfortunate reason you cannot attend the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible either by sending a text message or by going on the Zola website and declining. This will allow us to plan properly for the wedding attendance and meal planning.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, please feel free to take as many photos as you like throughout our wedding celebration! We will be providing a QR code to upload to a wedding album that we will share. Please be courteous and do not take pictures from the aisles so that the professional photographers can do their job

Question

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast. The ceremony is the only portion that is at risk, but it’s August in Oregon.
