As you plan your arrival for the wedding on SATURDAY, please note: We kindly ask all guests to plan to arrive at the Hotel by 5 pm. Welcome beverages will be served! It is a busy weekend on the Eastern Shore! Please allow extra time when traveling to the venue, especially on Saturday. Important Notes for Saturday: • Harrison Street next to the Tidewater Inn (between Dover & Goldsborough Streets) will be closed to traffic starting at 5:00 PM on Saturday due to a free public concert hosted by the Avalon Foundation. You will NOT be able to park on that section of Harrison Street. "No Parking" signs will be posted starting at 2:00 PM. • Guests may still pull into the front parking lot of the hotel to unload luggage or personal items before the road closes. • Hotel guests will have access to the parking lot behind the hotel and will be given a parking pass. • Additional guest parking is available in the adjacent lot next to the hotel—please note that metered parking ends at 5:00 PM. • There is also ample free street parking available behind the hotel and along Hanson Street near the post office. Please note: Friday 6/13 is not impacted by these closures, so guests arriving then will not be affected. We look forward to celebrating with you!

If you choose to use a room for the room block, here are the steps to do so: - Please call 410-822-1300 - Refer to the Booking name "Cooper/Wood Wedding" - State which room/suite you are looking to book - Have a credit card ready. Note: your card should not be charged until you check in. - Hotel's check in: 4 PM - Hotel's check out: 11 AM If you do not wish to stay at the Inn/Venue location, that is okay!
