Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included on your invitation.
We hope you understand that our wedding will be 100% kid free. Although, the bride and groom love children, it's important that children stay at home.
This will be an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we ask that all cell phones and personal cameras are put away and turned completely off. The bride and groom have hired a professional photographer to capture the evening! Once cocktail hour begins, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and don't forget to share them and use the hashtag #CooperWoodWedding2025!
Please RSVP no later than the date on the invitation. If the RSVP card is not received by the due by date, we will have to mark the guests as "not attending". Unfortunately no late RSVPs will be accepted. An accurate guest count must be given to the venue in a timely manner.
The dress code is Cocktail Attire. It's a balance between elegant and comfortable and fancy and pared-back. Additionally, we ask you kindly that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride, whites, ivories, and creams.
Thank you for your service! While we love that you’re serving your country proudly, we kindly ask that guests wear civilian attire within the requested dress code.
Yes! We will have an open bar during cocktail hour, throughout dinner, and the reception. Please do not bring outside drinks or food.
