The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.
The ceremony and reception is completely outside on family property. Although the ceremony/reception are outdoors, the property will be covered by shade for a majority of the evening with trees and a couple tents. With that being said, please plan outfits accordingly. Wear light layers for a warmer afternoon into a cooler evening. Guests will walk to venue on a gravel pathway, but will need to walk through grass throughout the ceremony and reception to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended
We can’t wait to see our friends and family all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best garden party / semi-formal attire. Our wedding palette features warm fall tones such as rust, terracotta, burnt orange, and shades of green, so feel free to lean into those colors if you’d like. And ladies, we kindly ask that you leave the white dresses at home so the bride can have her moment to shine.
Yes! Parking is available on-site, and guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight if needed. Please note that the property is on the outskirts of town, and access to Uber, Lyft, or other rideshare services is limited. We recommend planning rides ahead of time or planning to stay the night in the field if you choose to leave your vehicle.
Please RSVP by July 22nd, 2026, by using one of the following methods: Through our wedding website By texting or calling 509-200-9070 (Peyton Bergevin) If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend, as we must provide our vendors with a final guest count. If you have questions or need to make changes to your RSVP, please contact 509-200-9070.
Please refer to your invitation—if a plus-one is included, their name will appear or it will say “and Guest.” All family members and plus-ones will be listed on your invitation.
Yes! We love your little ones and are happy to include them in our celebration. We’ll have plenty of space for them to play and enjoy the festivities. Please note that children should be listed on your invitation. If you believe there has been an oversight or if your invitation does not mention your children, please let us know by sending us a message so we can ensure everyone is accounted for. Our wedding will take place on a large property, and parents or guardians will be responsible for supervising their children throughout the event. In the later hours of the reception, music will be playing and may not be family-friendly so please plan accordingly :)
Dinner will be catered buffet-style by El Sombrero. During cocktail hour, we’ll offer appetizers including charcuterie boards, vegetables, and fruit. There will be non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available. Please bring your valid ID, as alcohol will only be served to guests 21 years or older. We will have an open bar, available while supplies last. Once alcohol runs out, that will conclude bar service for the evening. For everyone's safety, if at any point a guest is determined to be intoxicated or unable to drive, their keys will be held and they will be asked to spend the night in their vehicle or arrange a safe ride home. We appreciate your understanding as we want all our guests to get home safely.
We plan to do a send-off around 10:00 PM for photo purposes. After that, the party plans to continue into the night for anyone who wishes to stay and celebrate longer.
We kindly encourage an unplugged ceremony so everyone can be fully present. We’ll have two photographers capturing the moment. During the reception, we’ll have: A photo-op station A camera to pass around during the reception A QR code where guests can upload personal photos to share with everyone
