Things To Do

The hotels are all located in the King Harbor area conveniently located between Hermosa Beach and the Redondo Beach Riviera Village. We recommend exploring this beach paradise and some of our favorite local bites!
Walking, Running, Biking the Beach Strand

Walking, Running, Biking the Beach Strand

Vía Riviera, Redondo Beach, CA 90277

A favorite local past time for us (and Deja pictured) is walking, running, or biking the strand. The Strand is a paved pathway that stretches over 20 miles along the Pacific Ocean coastline. You can hop on the path right in front of the hotel and take it south (towards Palos Verdes) or North passing through the beach towns of Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Venice Beach, and Santa Monica! We recommend stopping for lunch at Manhattan Beach Pier! You can rent bikes right across the street from the hotel at Marina Bike Rentals.

Baran's 2239

Baran's 2239

502 Pacific Coast Highway, Hermosa Beach, CA 90254

Emma and Daniel have ranked over 50 breakfast burritos. Baran's is #1. You must order ahead via phone or Instagram the day before. Chorizo is the best, although the Friday specials should not be slept on.

Our Favorite Local Eats

Our Favorite Local Eats

1611 South Catalina Avenue, Redondo Beach, CA 90277

Racer Tea - hip and refreshing tea shop you can find after a 20 minute stroll from the hotel to the Riviera Village. A Stritzinger famiyl staple. Jus Poke - the best poke bowls in the south bay! This is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The Standing Room - juicy, fusion burger spot in the back of a liquor store about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. This hidden gem is Daniel and Ellery's favorite shared spot.

Golfing

Golfing

100 Terranea Way, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275

If golfing is your thing there are some great oceanfront courses at Terrenea and Trump National. Rumor has it Dave Stritzinger has some tee times reserved - hit him up!
