Will you be supplying transportation?

Answer

YES! We will have shuttle service from our hotel block at the El Pueblo Inn, the Sonoma plaza, and the wedding venue the day of the ceremony and reception. STOP 1: 3:15pm - Shuttle arrives at El Pueblo Inn - Address: 896 W Napa St, Sonoma 95476 STOP 2: 3:30pm - Shuttle arrives at Sonoma Plaza (Barracks) - 36 East Spain Street, Sonoma, CA 95476 Shuttles will depart from venue at 9, 10, and 11pm, with stops at the two locations above.

What will the weather be like in Sonoma?

Answer

Welcome to Sonoma, California! The weather here can be funny, but it makes for great tasting grapes! During the day, the weather in Sonoma should be beautiful, averaging 72-78 degrees, but it will get chilly at night (weather can drop about 15-20 degrees). It's recommended to bring some warm layers for the evening.

When should I RSVP by?

Invitations will be sent in the spring of 2025. We please ask that you RSVP by Friday, April 25th, 2025!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Kindly fill out your RSVP with your specific food allergies so that we can plan accordingly with our catering company.

When should I book my accomodations?

Answer

As soon as possible (even before you RSVP!) Lodging in Sonoma over the summers can book out quickly. You can check our Airbnbs, or book a room at the El Pueblo Inn through our hotel block. Check out our Travel Page for more info.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony and dinner is outdoors. Dancing will be inside a beautiful barn.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. This does not include children. We appreciate your understanding!
