Our shuttle schedule will be as follows - Please be sure to include your seat count needed for each transportation point upon submitting your RSVP. 2:15pm: Busses pick up at listed hotel blocks 2:30pm: Busses drop off guests at The Duke Chapel 3:30pm: Busses transport guests to Carolina Grove for Reception 4:00pm: Arrive at Reception! 10:00pm: Busses will bring guests from Carolina Grove back to the hotel blocks listed below. We will have a bus leaving early from the Reception and at the end of the night! We cannot wait to celebrate with you all!

We have secured a select number of rooms in a room block at the Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club for our wedding weekend! Please reserve your room by October 5, 2026 to receive the group rate. Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU)
RDU is a 20 minute drive from Duke University. Ubers from the airport are readily available and we recommend taking Ubers around Durham for the weekend!
