**Update** As of 10/10/2022, all blocked rooms have been reserved. You may still be able to reserve a room at the host hotel. However, the block rate of $109 may not be available. The hotel will provide the best rate available. If seeking other options, the Universal Studios area is close to the host hotel, or Downtown Orlando area is close to the wedding venues. We encourage you to reserve your room(s) as soon as possible because Orlando is a busy place in December. Earlier reservation increases likelihood of a space available for you. A credit card is needed to hold the room, but charges will not apply until you check in. Cancellations must be requested at least 72 hours prior to reserved check-in date to avoid charges or penalties. DoubleTree has gone out of the way to ensure a comfortable stay. Guests may reserve rooms for the very low rate of (wait for it) ... $109 per night. Yes 1-0-9!! The hotel has waived resort fees, and parking fees are reduced to $11 per night for our guests. The place is beautiful and CLEAN, with many options to relax or just hang out for the fun of it. The hotel has a shuttle to Universal Studios. The lobby includes a desk to purchase tickets to local attractions and an Avis Car Rental desk. Lastly, for those who love a Frappuccino or Chai Tea, there is a Starbucks on site at the hotel. There is so much more to see and do. You will love it here! Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. We can't wait to see you. Prayers lifted for safe travels.
