As we are blessed to have key household items covered, we have not registered at stores for typical wedding gifts. Instead, we would appreciate any contributions towards our newlywed transition, our honeymoon fund, and our "honey-move" expenses as we blend our lives into one home. The direct link for our registry is www.zola.com/registry/cooksandtaylor.
Because our friends and family base exceed the limits of the venue space, we must closely manage the guest list. If you are not married or engaged, please do not invite a guest.
No, unless they are participants in the wedding.
The doors open for guests at 3:30 p.m. on December 10, and seating ends at 3:55 p.m.
The wedding begins at 4:00 p.m. Late arrivals will not be allowed to enter once the ceremony begins...at least not until the bride has arrived at the altar. Enter from side doors or as directed by the hosts and/or ushers.

We apologize in advance for any errors and omissions. If you received the invitation, you are invited! If you cannot find your name, it may be because of a potential misspelling on our part, or we may have used a different name (formal instead of nickname). Try using your formal name. If still not found, please text your correctly spelled name to Fayshonda or Latif so your name can be corrected. We will notify you when the correction is completed. In addition to awaiting corrections, you may also want to update your contact information using the following link: www.zola.com/addr/b0L4VRQV0.
The hotel has agreed to allow guests to reserve rooms for a few days before or after the block dates. However, this is based on availability and the percentage of vacancies for the requested days. December is peak season, so space may be limited.
Unfortunately, the rates offered by other area hotels were not much of a reduction from regular rates, so no other hotel blocks were established. Guests may feel free to choose a different hotel in the Downtown Orlando area or near Universal Studios to be close to the venue and/or the host hotel.
Air BNBs may be a good option for some. However, most are in the Kissimmee area which is about a 45-minute drive from the host hotel and the wedding venue.
Yes. All guests will be able to attend both post-ceremony celebrations.
No. Guests will need to make the 15-minute drive or carpool from the hotel to the venues and vice versa.
Yes. The dress code for the ceremony is semi-formal or dressy (classy) attire. No jeans/denim, shorts, T-shirts, or polo shirts please.
Please let us know of any food sensitivities. While we do not have a formal dinner planned, the food will include a variety of tapas and tasters. There will be vegetarian-friendly items for those who do not eat meat.
The main plans are listed on this site. See the wedding schedule page for specific event information. Check our wedding website periodically as we will update information as needed.
Please RSVP so that we can properly plan to host you. Due to capacity limits, names not on the RSVP list may not be allowed entrance to the scheduled events.
