Are children invited?

Answer

Only a few children are invited. If your invitation includes your children (i.e. if they are in the wedding), then you know that they are invited. But if not, then you need to find a babysitter or we will provide one on site.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We love that you are coming to our wedding. If your invitation indicates that you can bring a guest, then please do. However, if not, then just come by yourself. Unfortunately, due to space limitations, we can only invite a few people. Thanks!

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel and ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to and from the Augusta Marriott. If you think you may need a shuttle to and from the venues, please book your hotel at the Marriott. Otherwise, everything else (including the Marriott) is within walking distance, so bring some flats and get ready to count your steps! Or please plan to bring your car.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.

How do I get to the venues?

Answer

Many people will put the venue’s address in their smartphones, but just in case we will give additional directions on the "Travel" link.

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking IS free, and there is enough parking for everyone at the hotel or at First Presbyterian Church. The Old Medical College (our reception venue) is just next door to the church, but the Marriott is 0.9 miles from this central location. Park at the hotel and walk, or park at the church parking lot - either way, you’re COVERED!

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where to I stay?

Answer

Out of town guests can stay at the hotel of their choice, but we would like to suggest that you stay at the Augusta Marriott, the Partridge Inn, or the Hyatt House. We set up a hotel block at the Augusta Marriott, so follow the directions on the VIEW link under “Travel” to set up a reservation.

When is the deadline to RSVP, and can I RSVP online?

Answer

We would like to ask attendees to RSVP by March 25th so that we can make arrangements for you. If you would like to RSVP online, you may do so on the RSVP link above!

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We understand that you would like to take part in our big day; however, please don't post any pictures of us on social media. This includes Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, etc....
