We first met at a 4th of July Church party with mutual friends. We shared a conversation and were instantly attracted to each other. The next day we went out to Atlanta Bread Company for a good "get to know you" conversation. Then Michelle left for Puerto Rico on a mission trip, but we stayed in touch. On August 18th, we officially started dating. From watching The Sound of Music, to meal prepping every week, hiking up Yonah Mountain, enjoying a Segway tour in Charleston, horseback riding up the mountains, riding rollercoasters at Six Flags, going indoor skydiving, walking around the Rocky Mountains, spending time in Colorado with both of our families, and seeing Keith Urban and Stevie Nicks in concert, we have been a match made in heaven. We connect when we sing and dance together. During the quarantine of 2020, we took to working out with Beachbody, kicking the soccer ball, and gardening together. We worshiped together, prayed together, and loved each other fiercely. We now both love being a part of each other's families. We have started our lives together since our wedding on September 12th. The ins-and-outs of maintaining jobs has been balanced by our favorite TV show, “Heartland,” an adventurous vacation to Manhattan, and making little friends in the church preschool ministry. We both desire to make a difference in the world, and our respective faiths in Christ have grown immensely since we have looked back on our marriage. The only thing we missed out on is having YOU be there with us and feeling your support that the pandemic took away from us. That’s why we are hoping you’ll come to our Renewal of Vows on April 30, 2022.
