Travel Information

There are many places to stay in DC. Some more expensive than others so I would encourage you to find a place that fits your budget. The suggestions above, however, are very close to the events for this weekend.

Hotel

Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington DC Convention Center

900 10th Street Northwest
Washington, DC 20001
 (202) 739-2001

Hotel

Cambria Hotel Washington, D.C. Convention Center

899 O Street Northwest
Washington, DC 20001

Flight

DCA ( National Airport)

The local airport is DCA (or what others may call Reagan National, but don't say that too loud around here). This airport is a short car ride from the area of the events. It is also a short train (METRO) ride on the Green line. The subway/train stops would be Mt. Vernon or Shaw/Howard stations, which are both on the Green line. There are two other airports in the region. Dallas International (IAD) or BWI/Marshall. These two airports are farther out, and will require roughly 45 minute travel time by car.

House Or Rental

Airbnb

Airbnb is a definite option. All the events for that weekend will focus around the Logan Circle/Shaw neighborhood. This is a historic neighborhood located in the NW section of Washington, DC. and you will be able to walk to many of the event spots. The wedding site, however, will take transpiration.
