Shuttle Services

Shuttle service will be available at the beginning and end of the evening. The shuttle will depart from the Desmond and will not make additional stops along the route. If you plan to use the shuttle, please be sure to indicate “will attend” when submitting your RSVP. We will post shuttle times in the "Day of Information" section of this site when we have a more accurate headcount for how many shuttle trips we will need. There is parking available at Hangar 743 for those who prefer to drive. Additionally, vehicles can be left overnight if needed and Uber or Lyft are readily available to retrieve any vehicles in the morning if need be.
Wedding

We are asking guests to wear semi-formal attire. August in New York can be quite warm, and our venue is partially outdoors, so please dress with the weather in mind. We also recommend comfortable shoes so you can dance the night away!
The ceremony begins promptly at 4:45, we are asking all guests to arrive between 4:00 & 4:30 to allow time to find their seats. The bar will be open starting at 4:00 if you would like to grab a drink before the ceremony! Following the ceremony, please join us for an evening of dinner, dancing, and celebrating with the people we love most as we share this special day together.
