It's not a trip home to Columbus if Mary doesn't go to Carfagna's! Owned by bridesmaid Bella and her family, Carfagna's is the best place to get authentic, homemade Italian food. Enjoy pasta at the ristorante, taste wine in the Wine Shop, and get a jar of pasta sauce to go. Best of all, don't forget to get some of Bella's homemade gelato, cookies, and pastries from Cafe Cece.

Check out the Topiary Park, a 9.2-acre public park and garden in Columbus's Discovery District. Mary's dad, Chuck, was a past President of the Discovery District Civic Association and the first President of the Discovery District Specialty Improvements District. From his office on Broad street, Chuck had a view of the Topiary Park, which is designed to depict figures from Georges Seurat's 1884 painting, A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte.
