Probably the most important page! You will want to land in Rome in the morning of July 8, or the night before. The easiest way to get around Tuscany specifically is by car, however, there is a rail that can take you from Rome to Chiusi, only 10 minutes from the Palazzo. Chiusi can also take you to Florence, Arezzo, and Orvieto. This is the Roma Termini RED line. If you don't want a car, we can get a shuttle for people from FCO to the Palazzo (price varies on interest). From the Palazzo, you can order taxi's, rent a car only while in Tuscany (pick-up/drop-off in Chiusi), or just stay at the castle and drink wine!

For those that are interested, we can book a shuttle bus to transport people from the Rome Fiumicino "Leonardo da Vinci" Airport to the Castle in Sarteano. The price per person for this shuttle varies on interest. You may also rent a car from FCO, if you prefer to explore on your own during the trip. Keep an eye out for an RSVP for the shuttle bus as the date draws closer!

Depending on people's flight schedules, we can order a shuttle to take a larger group back to FCO in Rome to fly out. If you are continuing your journey elsewhere, we can also order taxi's to get you to the nearest train depot in Chiusi! We will take a poll on this when we send out information on our first shuttle!
