It’s New Year’s Eve, so bring the glam! We’re calling the vibe Festive Formal, think The Great Gatsby on New Year’s Eve: fun, sleek, chic, and a little dramatic. Picture golds, silvers, deep reds, sequins, velvet, satin, and anything that shines. Ladies: Long gowns or cocktail dresses are perfect. This is your moment to wear that showstopper! We kindly ask the ladies to avoid wearing black, as that is what the bridesmaids will be wearing. Think golds, silvers, champagne (no, it is not too white!), deep shades of any other color, sequins, velvet, satin, and all things glamorous. Gentlemen: Suits or tuxes are encouraged, think Gatsby! What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan to arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking, finding your seat, and settling in. We don’t want anyone rushing or missing the big moment!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, and children are absolutely welcome to join us for the ceremony at church! However, the reception at Venezia will be an adults-only (21+) celebration. We want everyone to be able to let loose, ring in the New Year, and stay out dancing with us all night long. Thank you for understanding and helping us make it a fun grown-up night to remember! 🥂✨

How should I get there?

Answer

If you plan to drive, St. Brigid Church has street parking available and is about 10 minutes from Venezia Waterfront Banquet. Venezia Waterfront Banquet also allows free overnight parking, so you are welcome to drive to the venue and use a designated driver or Uber/Lyft home, then pick up your car the next morning. Some groups and families have also chosen to rent vans or arrange shared transportation between the different locations for added convenience and time together.
