House Mountain Trail is 8.5 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as difficult. The hike is technically two hikes in one. Big House Mountain, with great views to the west from Goat Point Overlook, and Little House Mountain, with its spectacular views of the Shenandoah Valley to the northeast. You may even get lucky and see the friendly mountain goat who has taken up residence on the mountain since 2011!
Natural Bridge is a geological formation comprising a 215-foot-high natural arch with a span of 90 feet. It is situated within a gorge carved from the surrounding mountainous limestone terrain by Cedar Creek, a small tributary of the James River.
