Yes! All wedding events will be located in the same venue, the IronSpire Complex in Adamstown, PA.
Our venue has both indoor and outdoor spaces, so you will get the best of both worlds! The floor throughout the venue is concrete or brick, so please feel free to wear whatever shoes you feel both comfortable and fabulous in. If the weather permits, we will plan on hosting some parts of the day in the outdoor patio, so we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket, just in case!
We ask for guest attire to be anywhere between cocktail to formal attire. We suggest wearing a suit or jacket with or without a tie, a cocktail dress, which may include midi, knee-length, floor-length dresses or a nice pantsuit. Heels are always welcome as the venue flooring is flat and accessible, but not required. Please wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident, our only request is that you don't wear white since it's traditionally the bridal color.
Great question from our friends coming from out of town! Lancaster in October is typically cool, though we have had a handful of seasons where we have gotten very warm weather. We recommend outfits with layers that you will feel comfortable in if it is either a sunny, warm day or a cool, breezy day.
We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items and created funds for our future together. Our wedding registry will be located through the main menu of the website once the invitations are sent.
Of course, we are looking forward to our families and friends coming together to celebrate with us! Invitations will include and be addressed to you and your spouse or partner, and children. Plus-ones will also be provided.
The exact start time of the ceremony, dinner, and reception will be sent out in the invitations, but we are aiming to hold our ceremony in the early afternoon, followed by dinner and reception, all being located in the same place.
We will be exploring different transportation options and sharing those when invitations are sent. There will also be parking available in front of our venue if you decide to drive yourself.
After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d’oeuvres which will be followed by a full sit-down dinner. We will have two main options for protein with a variety of sides you will be able to choose from day off. If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to us so we can ensure we accommodate those with our caterers!
We will absolutely have an open bar from the cocktail hour through the reception! We invite you to toast to our marriage with a curated selection of wine, beer and our signature cocktails. We will also have tasty mocktails and sodas so everyone can enjoy!
Our families will be helping us host a rehearsal dinner on the evening of the Friday before our wedding, and we are very excited for it! More details around the rehearsal dinner will be shared when the invitations are sent, so be on the lookout for that!
We definitely understand, and more details are to come when the invitations are sent! In the meantime, if you have a unique question, please don't hesitate to text either Conor or Ale, whosever phone number you have!
