We recommend staying in or close to Downtown Pensacola due to all the wedding events being held within walking distance from there! We have room blocks at the Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Downtown, an IHG Hotel and Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola Downtown. See the "Travel" page for more details.
We’d love for our guests to dress in Cocktail attire. Think dressy but comfortable - Knee-length or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits or sport coats with dress shoes, etc. Dress to celebrate!
Daytime: Highs are typically in the 80s. Temperatures are usually warm and comfortable during the day for most this time of year! Evenings: Temperatures can drop to the low-mid 60s. Lighter layers or a wrap might be nice once the sunsets. Occasional rain showers can pop up, but they tend to move through quickly this time of year.
We’ve chosen to make this an adults-only celebration. The only exceptions are a few younger immediate family members.
We won’t have transportation provided, but good news, the hotels with our room block are an easy, short walk to the venue!
