Shuttle to and from Hyatt Short Pump

Will transportation be provided to the venue? Yes! We will be providing a shuttle to help guests travel safely to and from the venue, as rideshare options in the area can be limited. Where is the shuttle pickup location? The shuttle will pick up all guests at the Hyatt in Short Pump (11800 West Broad Street Henrico, VA 23233). Do I need to be staying at the Hyatt to use the shuttle? No, all guests are welcome to use the shuttle. If you are staying elsewhere, we recommend taking an Uber or other rideshare to the Hyatt, as it is much easier to get transportation there than at the venue. What time does the shuttle leave for the wedding? There will be one shuttle departing for the venue at 3:15 PM sharp, so please plan to arrive a little early. Shuttle seats are on a first come, first serve basis. Will there be transportation back after the wedding? Yes! There will be two return shuttles from the venue: - 10:15 PM - 11:30 PM Can I take an Uber instead of the shuttle? You can, but please keep in mind that the venue is in a rural area where Ubers can be difficult to find, especially late at night. We strongly recommend using the shuttle for a smooth and safe experience. What if I miss the shuttle? Unfortunately, there is only one shuttle going to the venue, so please be sure to arrive on time. If you miss it, you may have difficulty securing alternative transportation.
