Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! The official dress code is cocktail attire. Please reserve hues of blue for the wedding party. We can't wait to see you all dressed up!

Will transportation be provided to the venue?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle to help guests travel safely to and from the venue, as rideshare options in the area can be limited. Please see more information on the Travel section of our website.

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP section of the website.

How to RSVP?

To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" tab on our website and type the name(s) listed on your envelope. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

What is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP no later than May 8th. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responses after this date.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much-deserved night off for the parents!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:30pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:00pm to ensure you are seated on time.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoor. The ceremony is on grass, so please be cautious wearing heels.

Can I park overnight?

Answer

Yes, overnight parking is allowed! We understand the importance of ensuring everyone gets home safely. Guests can leave their vehicles overnight and pick them up by 9:00am the next morning. Please be aware that our venue is in a rural area. There is a very limited amount of Ubers and Lyfts, so please plan accordingly.

Please refer to the "Travel" tab of our website for recommended hotels in Short Pump, VA located about 30 minutes from the venue.

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is Richmond International Airport, about 50 minutes from the venue.
