Transportation

Answer

We will be providing shuttles to and from the hotel for the wedding day. If you do not plan to use the shuttles, please note Uber is basically nonexistent from the venue. You may be able to schedule a ride ahead of time on the app. Please drive responsible if you decide to drive, if you need to leave your car and ride the shuttle back that is also an option. SHUTTLE SCHEDULE Arrives at hotel: 3:35pm Departs hotel: 3:45 pm Returns to venue: 9:45pm Leaves venue to go back to hotel: 10:00 pm

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block at the Hampton Inn in Shrewsbury, PA (New Freedom) with a shuttle to/from the venue. There is a hotel further from the venue, however no shuttle will be provided from it currently.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue and you can pick your car up by 9 am the next day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No wear whatever you feel comfortable in! The venue is indoor/outdoor with ceremony hopefully outside so please dress warm or bring a jacket. Please be mindful of shoe choice for walking on grass and uneven terrain. We will have heaters and fireplace going as well.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Of course, come thirsty. You are permitted to have alcohol on the bus, however no glass allowed.
