We're getting married!

As Magen and Connor were both desperately trying to survive their way through the year two-thousand and twenty, they both decided to try their luck with this whole "online dating" thing. Them both being single for months on end at the time, they were at their wits end with relationships, and were close to losing all hope in finding something real. Tinder is well known for not so wonderful things, yet, that's where they found each other. They conversed through messaging for days and then finally started to play video games together, because that was their thing. After a long, and quite amazing two weeks of nothing but texting each other endlessly all day and voice calls, they met each other on November twenty-sixth, twenty-twenty. Connor picked Magen up, made a fool out of himself by almost falling in the ditch to greet Magen, and made her feel the safest and most comfortable she had ever felt with a guy. They hit it off from day one. From that night forward, they were inseparable. They have never missed a single weekend together ever since that day. Not a single one.

On January fifteenth, two-thousand and twenty-three, Connor and Magen had a couples photoshoot scheduled. They had decided on a photographer, who so happened to be a long time friend that Magen went to school with. They agreed on booking her for a session, and Magen did most of the emailing and scheduling. Without her knowing, Connor talked to the photographer telling her his plan and why the session was booked. After doing different poses for a while, the photographer directed Magen to stand in front of Connor and wait for him to come up behind her and hug her for a 'candid' photo. Once she prompted Connor to "hug" Magen, he leaned over her shoulder and started playing a video from his phone. This video contained clips of him asking Magen's aunt and uncle, older sister, and nephew for their permission to marry her. This was very meaningful and thoughtful, since they had just experienced the loss of Magen's father the year prior. Once the video ended, Connor got down on one knee and through tears asked the question. Magen was overwhelmed with so much emotion and tears, and she of course said "Yes!".
