Travel Note

Our reservation link will not be available to book until October 2025 - if you have already looked up booking and have been dissuaded by the listed prices, please know that the hotel has purposely raised the rates to discourage regular guests from booking that weekend since we have reserved a block for our wedding already with set rates (see below) However, once the block does open, be sure to book as soon as you know you are attending because these rooms will go quickly. We will post and announce more information as soon as it is available to us.

Hotel

The Omni Homestead Resort

We have arranged a block of hotel rooms at the Omni Homestead Resort, where our ceremony and reception will be held. Once the reservation booking link is provided to us in October 2025 - we will post it HERE. All rooms in our hotel block are priced at $369 a night for Deluxe Suites. The resort is honoring this price from the dates of Friday 10/9- Monday 10/12. There is also a $49 resort fee and a daily parking fee of $25 if parking a car on the property.

Flight

Roanoke Regional Airport

Roanoke Airport (ROA) is about a 1.5 hour drive from the Homestead. The Omni Homestead Resort Shuttle available for transportation from these two airports- contact front desk for more information

Train

Amtrak

This is a great option for those traveling from the NY/NJ area. The Cardinal Route goes to Colonial Forge Station (CLF) which is 45 mins from the resort. Omni Homestead Resort Shuttle is available for those arriving to this station. Please contact front desk to book shuttle.

Flight

Dulles International Airport or Reagan National Airport

IAD and DCA are about 4 hour drive to the Homestead. Rental car recommended
