We're Getting Married!

We met on the very first day of freshman year in high school—during first period! Brought together by the chaos of high school & a questionable seating chart. During our sophomore year of college, Connor jumped on a flight to Denver, starting what would become, quite unknowingly, our favorite chapter of our love story yet. From church dates, beach days, 16th birthday parties, and enduring three years of long distance, our love has traveled countless miles (thanks, Frontier Airlines), overcome any & all WiFi for LOTS of FaceTime calls, and earned Connor the title of #1 DoorDasher for white roses. Now we are living out our no more long distance dream, in our first home in Colorado Springs, CO!

On July 2, we had a birthday brunch planned near the beach for Carly's birthday. After arriving early for our reservation, we went down to the water to "kill some time" & "scope out some beach spots for our 4th of July beach day". Once we got down to the water, Connor got down on one knee & popped the question. Easiest yes ever! After celebrating with just us two at brunch, we returned back home to some of our closest friends & family at a surprise engagement party. We are so blessed!
