Venue Guidelines
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate with you in this beautiful location! Our venue is located directly next to a National Park, and we kindly ask all guests to help us protect the surrounding environment and wildlife by following the venue’s rules. Because this area is home to sensitive habitats, violations of these guidelines may result in habitat disturbances and can carry legal consequences, including Class B misdemeanor citations. Please note the following rules: No outside alcohol (BYOB) is permitted. No glass bottles or containers are allowed on the property. Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. No alcohol consumption is allowed in the parking lot. Alcohol service and consumption will end promptly by 10:30 PM. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us preserve this special place while we celebrate our wedding day together. Thank you for respecting the venue, the environment, and the rules that help keep this area beautiful for everyone.

Is the wedding outside?
Answer
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors in a shaded, grassy area with some wooden walkways. We recommend wearing block heels or flats for comfort. The reception will be held in climate-controlled Nordic tipis on a wooden deck. In the event of poor weather, the ceremony will also be moved into the tipis

Safety Reminders

Our venue includes natural features such as a fire pit and pond area. As we will have children attending our celebration, we kindly ask all guests to remain mindful of their surroundings and supervise children closely throughout the event. Please help us ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable evening by keeping children away from these areas unless accompanied by an adult.

What should I wear?

Our wedding attire is garden party formal. Think elevated, festive, and fun! Still unsure what to wear? Are children welcomed?
Answer
Children are welcome if they are specifically listed on your invitation. If your invitation says “and family,” this includes your children as well — please be sure to include them when you RSVP so we can make sure we have an accurate guest count and enough food for everyone. Due to venue capacity limits, we’re unfortunately unable to offer plus ones or child invites beyond those listed on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding — we truly wish we could celebrate with everyone!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that our ceremony be an unplugged one—please refrain from taking photos or videos during this time. We’ll have a professional photographer capturing every moment, and we’d love to keep the images free of phones. That said, we absolutely welcome and encourage you to take and share photos and videos during cocktail hour and the reception!

Can I bring a guest?

Please only bring the guests listed on your invitation. Our venue has a limited capacity, so we’re unable to accommodate additional plus-ones. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We’ll be offering a limited bar with a selection of signature cocktails, beer, wine, and prosecco. All drinks will be complimentary, but options will be limited. To help ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for everyone, a security guard will be present throughout the event. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
