Dinner will be buffet-style and catered by Niko Niko’s. Kindly RSVP so we can plan accordingly for food and seating, and please indicate your entrée selection. The menu will include appetizers, a traditional Greek salad (no lettuce), grilled vegetables, and potatoes, along with your choice of entrée: Pastichio: A classic Greek-style lasagna made with thick pasta tubes, seasoned ground beef, and topped with a rich, creamy béchamel sauce. Opa Chicken: A moist, stuffed chicken breast baked in Niko Niko’s house-made tomato sauce and filled with mozzarella, American, parmesan, and feta cheeses
