Street parking is available at both Patrick Henry Park and The Jefferson Hotel. The Jefferson also offers complimentary self parking in their lot for four hours. You will need to get a validation ticket from the front desk. The Jefferson also offers valet parking. If you choose to use valet parking, be sure to mention that you are attending our event for the discounted rate of $18.00. Main Street Lot or Adams Street Lot are also across the street and start at $4.00 per hour. We recommend Uber or Lyft if you would like to avoid street parking at Patrick Henry Park. Transportation will be provided from The Jefferson Hotel to Kabana Rooftop. A 23 passenger shuttle will run back and forth starting at 3pm and ending at 6pm. We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Please no jeans or denim and avoid shades of white.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accomodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Due to limited space, we are limiting children to family members only at the ceremony and luncheon. Children are welcome to join at Kabana.
Please RSVP by September 1st, using the RSVP tab on the menu or mailing your RSVP card back to us.
The ceremony will begin at 10am EST. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.
Drinks will be provided at The Jefferson and Kabana. Please make sure you have a way to get to your accommodations safely after the event.
Once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to do what they are best at! Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!
If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we may plan accordingly.
There are no restrooms available at Patrick Henry Park. The ceremony will be outside, rain or shine. In the event of rain, umbrellas will be provided.
We understand that a morning ceremony on a weekday is uncommon, we greatly appreciate your flexibility and willingness to celebrate with us!
